Free up to 7 days before / 50% from 6 days to 1 day before / 100% on the day or no-show.
•After handover, cancellations, refunds, or date changes are not accepted for any reason.
•No refunds for weather conditions, illness, or transportation issues.
•Pickup is available from 5:00 PM on the day before only. Same-day morning pickup is not available.
•Return must be completed by 5:00 PM on the final rental day.
•If you do not arrive or contact us by your reserved time, it will be treated as a no-show with no refund.
•Board design, color, or graphics may differ from the product images shown.
•ID may be required at pickup and return.
•Stock is limited.

・お渡し／返却時に身分証明書の提示をお願いする場合があります。
