・Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time for reception and to change into your uniform.

・If you arrive late, you will be asked to start in the middle of the program.

・The shuttle will depart promptly at 8:30 AM. If you are late, it will be considered a same-day cancellation

・In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and heavy snowfalls, we will not charge a cancellation fee if we decide to close our business. In such a case, we will contact each customer who has made a reservation individually.

・Please note that media coverage and filming may occur during your experience. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know in advance.

・Please note that the schedule times are approximate and may change depending on the number of participants
