towel fee: ¥300 per person
Late-night surcharge: ¥550 per person between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day
Therapist request fee: ¥500 per person
Non-cash payment fee: A 5% processing fee will be added to the total amount when paying by credit card or any other non-cash payment method.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 90 minutes before the scheduled appointment are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 90 minutes before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booked service price.
Treatment restrictions: For safety reasons, we are unable to provide treatments to guests who are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol. Thank you for your understanding.

キャンセルについて：ご予約時間の90分前までのキャンセルは無料です。90分前を過ぎてからのキャンセルは、ご予約料金の100％をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。
